Swipe function in the Classic Slideshow  en

Hello, I posted this in the "Idea" section. However, I did not get any reaction beside from Esahc (thank you).

I think in today’s modern time were tablets with big screens or monitors with touch screens are available this should be a standard option. The mandatory swipe function if the program recognizes a touch screen is annoying. Pictures are small on a tablet and cannot be seen in a pop-up showbox; at least have that option activated.

So here my previous post and hopefully under the "Question" section it will fire up a more successful discussion:

Can I disable the swipe function in the Classic Slideshow?

This would be a great option in the Resolutions and Responsive Design (Step 2), if an enable and disable radio button would be available for each responsive setting. In today’s world of big touch screens and large tablets a swipe function is not always desired.

Thank you for any reply

Fabio - I can't stand that no-one else has commented :-)

You already know that I would like the option to enable/disable at various resolutions, and whilst the workaround I have found won't help you at this time (it requires the professional version), it may help others in the interim.

I have found if I create a new "mobile" resolution of 320, then 95% of the time modern mobile phone users get a "margin" to scroll past slide shows, etc. because they report a resolution of between 320 & 480px

Of course users with older hardware that reports or actually uses 320px width in portrait mode are still stuck, but MOST newish phones work fine.
