Hello,
Can someone please help me? I'm trying to set up X5 Manager. First of all I have created a user in the admin folder of Access Management.
I have added Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, saved and uploaded this. When I try to access this at my site, wwww.bbbikeleathers.co.uk/admin, it asks for username and password. What is the username? I was trying to use the "Name" and "Last Name" of the admin I had created and then the password I had created but this doesn't work.
Again, when I try to manually add website to X5 Manager it asks for Website URL which I have entered. Username & Password comes up and being incorrect.
Can someone walk me through the set up?

The username must be the email-address for the user.,
In earlier versions the name could be used, but from v14 the username MUST be the email.
The username could still be Amy.
It is only when logging on you have to use the email + password.
Delete your last name and try again without writing your last name.
