New users not showing in database

Hi I have a database with users present. When I add a new user via the sign up page they get entered into the database and are allowed access. When I add a new user via x5 Access Management page and upload the changes the new user has access to the website but does not show up in the database or in the database viewer on a web page? how can I see all the users in the database?

Hi Kris, yes I updated everything. Sorted now so it might have been a timing issue but at least it's sorted.
