Hi Andrew,

can you please provide me with the website link?

Please do the E-Mail Test on your online control panel and let me know about the result. You can have access to it by going to www.yourwebsite.com/admin (where www.yourwebsite.com is the URL of your website) and using the e-mail and passoword you set for the admin on Step 1- Access management.

Thanks! Kind regards

Hi Again,

So I changed from a low level script and its working!

One question, why are my emails always sent into peoples junk mail. Its really bad for my business as I send quotes over but my customers never get the mail as it goes into junk and they dont find them.

Any ideas??

Thanks for the help

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

I am very sorry about this, but unfortunately this does not depend on WebSite X5, but rather on the filter applied to the mail client.

I wish you a lovely day! Kind regards.
