WebSite X5 Evolution 12 doesn't start anymore

When I want to open the software (WebSite X5 Evolution 12) as normal, the program doesn't start. I see a pop-up of the activation/installation of the software, I have to write my License Key, and when I do that and continue, it all starts over again with the same. What can I do to open it correctly as it allways did?

If you right click on the WX5 icon and run as administrator does it work correctly?
If so, you can right click the icon, select properties and change permanently to run as administrator.
If this solution is not suitable, please advise.
