Is it possible to insert photos in email forms? I need to create a questionnaire with images in it?

Or how can I create an online exam with multiple choice and images in it?

Hi Robert,

At the moment, a default image field is not available to be inserted inside a Form Object in WebSiteX5.

I'm aware though, that you are allowed to add custom HTML to eventually add an image inside the DESCRIPTION field of the Form Object.

In any case, I'm afraid there is no easy way to create an online exam such as the one you wish to build without making use of any custom code.

By using the Form Object of course, you can create something similar, and have the data sent to you by either email, to a file or a Database, and the manually validate all of those data yourself (in case of an exam)

Please do let me know should you need any further clarification on this matter.

Hope I've been helpful

Stefano

Hello Robert

You can use the Webanimator Plus or the free Google Web Designer.

With both products, you can make some scenes. For each scene you can have clickable objects and move or show or hide objects ( figures, images or videos ) .

You can have a counter and when the counter reaches x points, you can shift to another scene.

I have a simple example here : http://www.calendarforum.dk/restaurant/book-table.html

It is not a quiz, but it shows a little of, what can be made. If you click the Tableplan 1, 2 or 3, then you will see the tables move according to your choice.

It is made with webanimator Plus, but could as well have been made with Google Web Designer.

It will be rather easy to make a quiz, where you have one or more images and then questions for the image/images.

Clicking a correct answer, will shift to a new scene with new images and questions.

You could start with Google Web Designer. As result it produces a html page and all files needed for the page.

Then you could show the html-page in an iframe on a page.

I have another example here : http://www.energifremtiden.dk/c4d/page-119.html

Here you see different scenes - the scene shifts automatic when animation is done, but it could as well have been made so that you should click, and then the scene shifted.

Kind regards

John S.

Hello Robert

If you have Microsoft Power Point, you could also make a presentation.

Here you could use animations to control a flow.

Then upload the diasshow to Onedrive, and here let the system generate the code needed to embed the slideshow into your webpage. The code generated you simply put in an HTML-object.

( the generated code is for an iframe )

Kind regards

John S.
