How to force browser to load from server and not cache

I have a website that will not refresh to the latest version when it's reloaded (by the user) in their browser. I know I can do a CTRL 5, (or make a note on the page for the user to do this, but not satisfactory) which solves the problem, but I need this to be done automatically when the user visits my site.
There must be a setting or something in X5 Evolution 15 thatcan do this, but I cannot find it

Sorry but this is not a setting in WebsiteX5. This is a caching issue. Perhaps your provider has a caching mechanism in place, or browser caching is enabled on the webserver.
Ask your hosting provider and check your .htaccess file (if you are on Apache).
