Hello Nicolae

You make a level amd hereunder pages.

The map you see here is for this site : http://c4dshow.com/

You can also have more sub-levels.

The map shown is for this site : http://calendarforum.dk

( The level Why use.. is made not visible )

The Dummy page is only to have the level to be visible in the menu.

It makes more sense if you have the website and the map beside each other.

Hope it was something like this you meant.

Kind regards

If you want to have a main-menu in top, and a left-menu for the pages, then you have to place a menu object on each page that is "under" a level.

Nicolae, you can add a menu object anywhere, in the header, sidebar, any row or column on a page or pages. If you wish you can have 2,3 or more menus one under the other. You can also select where your menu starts, and so display the sublevels for that particular menu.

This example has a menu in the header, a sub-menu in the top row, and a sub-sub-menu in the 2 second row of the page, it also has a different submenu in the footer.

Hello again Nicolae

I have made an example here : http://www.bramminginfo.dk/brm09

Here you have in the top-menu the normal level and drop down.

In the left sidebar you have the the whole "sitemap" shown.

This can be done if you have not more than 3 or 4 levels I think.

The "normal" way, is to have the menu-object on the page. Then the menu-object should be set for the actual level.

This must be done when you have many levels and/or menu items.

You can see an example on the page 5 ( http://www.bramminginfo.dk/brm09/side-5.html ) and page 6.

I hope this inspires you to a solution.

Kind regards

John S.

Info : using the sidebar this way, will do that the whole "sitemap" will stay visible always. If you look at the home-page, then you will see that the "sitemap" stays visible even when scrolling.

If you have sub-levels, then you have to make the sub-level-menu on the pages ( I have made this for niveau 5 ).
