It is not possible to complete the download

When attempting to download one of the Licenced templates, it starts "downloading and installing" then a pop up appears "It is not possible to complete the download"
i have check all windows updates are completed and installed and also tried with the firewall switched off
i can download the ' Free' templates

Priyanka, are you using any 3rd party anti-virus/malware/firewall protection etc?
If so, can you (temporarily) disable or uninstall and check again?

I am very sorry for this inconvenience.
First close the program. Then, please go to C: \ Users \ YourUserName \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebSite X5 v15- Evolution and delete the "Templates" folder.
Next, enter the Libraries folder. Here, you will find a file called "templates.xml", please deletes this file, too. After that you can start the program and try again.
