Activation error 322

I have just installed the latest version of Website X5 Pro Ver 15.1.1. This was a decision to upgrade from Evolution 15. After I put in the Licence Key is come up with an 322 error. Not sure what the problem is.

Are you sure you used the same e-mail as you original bought the older version with?
Please check and try again.

Thnx Andre. Absolutely the same and only email address I've ever used. Payment confirmations sent to same email address. Nothing has changed.
