Fantastic that Projects are now migrated with major releases, however the language settings associated with the project need to be migrated as well to avoid re-modifying the settings. E.g. in Australia we we use GST vs. VAT, State / Terroritory vs. State Province among other changes that need to be re-entered when moving to a new major release.
