this works on pc chrome browser even when I reduce the size of the browser to a mobile like ratio.

But it does not work on the actual mobile, any idea?

I use samsung S7, and my friend use samsung note, both when clicking the navigation botton, no content is showing.

Dan, you have something outside of the header or footer.

In step2 Template, Template content go to the header. Now click on every object. You should see 8 "handles", if you see less or some are outside the area then that object is outside the header at that resolution. You can either move/resize it, or hide it for this and lesser resolutions.

You will need to check at every resolution and if necessary the footer as well.

I checked, and adjusted some elements to be within the frame, but navigation is still not showing on mobile...

Can you check on your mobile?

Is there any other problem causing it?

Dan, Giorgio appears to have provided the answer. When you tap the toaster menu on a mobile the menu appears, but you have to scroll the screen sideways to see it. This will be fixed when all the content of both the header and footer (at every resolution) is within the designated area.
