No Face book widget code in page source though it's OK on X5 preview.  en

I have used the Facebook widget successfully on several websites but for some reason on one particular site, even though the widget works on the X5 preview it does not on the live site: www.myjapanesegarden.com

I have put the FB icon into the header.

Comparing source codes, it looks like the Facebook code has not being included.

I have checked that the URL is correct in the settings menu and cannot see any differances between the Facebook setting on the working and non-working sites.

I'm stumped - any ideas?

It's probably very obvious!

Hi Chris,

Which browser are you using to view the site online? Does it happens with other browsers as well?

I had a problem with Firefox only. Edge, Vivaldi and Chrome and others showed the widget like they should. Only Firefox didn't...

Hi Paul, just checking but it looks to be all browsers as the FaceBook code is not to be found in the page source code.

All sorted - it was down to a user problem i.e. it was fdown to me not X5!
