How to change the width of the sidebar in professional 16.2 please

I am using professional 16.2 and I would like to change the width of the side bar how doi I do this please. I have tried going to settings, template structure, sidebar and tried increasing the width but it is making no difference. The words in the side bar are showing too close together, I need more space.

Hello Susan,
The sidebar width can be changed from Step2:Template>Template Structure>Sidebar Width
If you inserted the menu bar in the sidebar you have to adjust the width of the menu according to your sidebar's width
Can you please upload a snapshot that what have you inserted in the sidebar?
