Hi,
We paid for our Update Protection of our Website X5 Professional a couple of hours ago and the Update Protection has not been updated!!!

Enter the license here My license on the bottom left, then the extension should be visible.
If not, please check if you have used the email address as well as for the account here.

thank you for your message.
As JJ.Juag mentioned, you have to add the delivered code in the "My licences" section, in the field you can find bottom left.
Please remember the licence key associated to the software will not change, but you will see the expiration date will become 11/10/2019
