I can see my purchases in credits, but there is nothing there to click on to go to the items.
Hello Susan,
Open Website X5>Then Select 'Create a new project'>Then choose your template (If you have purchased the template then it should be appear there)>After selecting your template Go to Step 4:Pages>Then check if 'Masonry' has appeared or not
Thank you

Thanks for that I have found the graphic template by going to create new project. I cannot find the Masonry that I purchased though? Please can you advise how can I find this thanks for your assistance
Susan, open any page in your project, click on manage.
You will find masonary in gallery group. All things being equal it will be marked "ready to install"
Hi Susan,
please follow Esahc's advice and please remember to update the library by selecting the option with this icon if you can't find Masonry among the purchased Objects:
Thanks! Kind regards.

Thank you both, yes I have found it and started to use. I have a couple of questions though.
When I click on description it is not allowing me to put in a description and it is showing previews of images but not mine that I have added. How do I make my images show as a preview please? That is when I am in Masonry and adding the images I would like to see my images not ones that don't belong to me.
If you can help would be much appreciated
thanks
Susan

I am pretty sure masonry used to use real images in object layout back a few editions, but someone decided it was better we use trial and error (frequent previews) to get the best results unfortunately.
Hi Susan,
the images shown in the Object preview are default images, it is normal you do not see yours. Still, if you preview your project you will be able to see the actual images you inserted.
As to the description issue, I kindly suggest you to create a new topic about it, so we can look into it separately and individually, so not to make any confusion here.
Thanks! Have a lovely day.
