Hello,
I would like to offer my customers free delivery, but only from one or two cart categories.
Is there a way in x5 professional to change delivery options for a specific category?

That would be tricky, as an order can contain more products/categories - so no to your question.
The only common thing is the price - and if physical orders - the weight.
You can make freight dependant on price and/or weight.
This way you can set that orders up to 70$ has additional freight - orders over 70$ are with free freight.
