Wx5 v 16.3.1 error need to reinstall program

My problems with WX5 pro are continuing. Since a few day, again (In the past I have had this problem vere often with versions 12 13 14 etc.) I have to reinstall wx5 pro again (see attachment).
Within three days I reinstalled the program again, so I also deleted all the left files in the folder > c:users etc... local.
I am not amused about this program anymore because this and other problems. Its not worth it price versus my problems all the time. You can see all my questions and problems before.
Also the program stops suddenly while working in it and online the problem of missing things like images and more after uploading are continuing. Terrible, terrible terrible. Meanwhile I bought almost all the extensions, but the program itself is the problem because of the fact hat this problem last a few years meanwhile.
There are no problems during installation, no virusscannerproblem (I made some acceptionrules for the program also) and the virtual ++ stuf does not have leaks I think.
I am desperate and can not believe that I have to install the program every day, as it is at this moment.

Very few people have this issue (and if so, seldom more than once).
Is it at all possible that it could be your hardware causing grief?
If you are using a mechanical hard disk, have you recently defragmented the HD (preferrably with something better than Windows tools (defraggler?).
Even if you have an SSD as your primary drive, have you checked the hard disk (I recommend running chkdsk c: /r from an administrator CMD prompt)
If there is no physical problem, could it be interference from some synchronising software (eg one-drive) or some other 3rd party app, perhaps you are running WX5 across a network or USB connection or have an overly enthusiastic firewall/antivirus solution?

I had a simialr problem two years ago and finally realized it was a hard drive failue messing things up.
I thought it was the program as you do but when I called HP they made me do a hard drive test and it failed.
You may wanty to do a self diagnosiss to see if taht is the cause.

Please delete the folder WebSite X5 Professional in C:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia, then please start the program and register again.

Thank you for your answer.
That is a solution and it does works.
But it does not help me to fix the the Bug in the cause, so I do not know why this problem occurs. So I have to solve this problem on your way, a several times a week.
So now I made a copy of the folder: C:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia
and I will see if I can put this copy back wenn the problem starts again. Perhaps?? this will be faster than doing the registering process again.
We will see.
