Is it possible to keep the elements inside the Header the same when creating a customer page?

Spelling error correction:
***CUSTOM*** page Not "Customer" page
In a custom page you have no header - but as the menu is an object it should be possible to create the same look with the same things made on the page, as you have in the header.
But why would you like to have a custom page if you anyway want the header?
