Server Exporting Problem  en

I have been uploading files to my webpage successfully for over a year using the login information with no problems til recent...I have also called my service provider and verified the login info. I keep getting the error " Unable to connect to server. Please check with your service provider that you have correct connection information."

Dear K.,

I guess your server is overloaded. Try to delete something from it and try again.

Please let me know if you still have the same issue.

Check what Sam has said first...... But more importantly make sure your OS is up-to-date. Take out all the X5 Export information and manually re-insert it. try this.

MS updates play a big part in your OS and do sometimes change permissions in it's firewall so try allowing X5 through the firewall again.

Your hosting company also updates the servers now and then so refreshing the details might just help. Replace your FTP Address with your IP Address of the server....

Try all this and an external client then come back for more info if no joy.........
