I have been uploading files to the webpage successfully for over a year using the same login information..I have also contacted them to verify the information..Error" Unable to connect to server. Please check with your internet provider that you have the correct information.

I have also already checked firewall/antivirus programs to assure that the program has not been blocked

Take out your Export FTP Details and enter them manually again...... and check your Windows Firewall. MS Updates can play havoc with exporting.

Make sure you are well up-to-date with everything on your computer!!

The last time this happened to me it was the updates for the "SERVER" so the hosting company was to blame....... If you contact me below I can check your server for you......

I am receiving the following message when I am trying to upload my website: Unable to connect to server. Please check with your Internet Provider that you have the correct connection information.  I have checked my firewall and it is off.  We are able to get on the internet and get everything else done without a single problem. I am not sure if it has to do with the  domain provider.  I am really a newbie so I could use any help. Do you have any ideas?
