It's been many years since V8 was current and on a modern PC with 64 bit Windows 10 it's surprising that it even runs properly. There have been plenty of changes in the way the program runs and to even get your site to export an IWZIP you might need two different conversions done. There are members who have all the versions and they sometimes offer to do the updates for those who need them. Incomedia have long since ceased support for Version 8 so you will have to rely on forum members to help here.
However....so many changes have been made in the way X5 works, it might be better to consider completely remaking your site and simply copy and paste text and images from the old site into the new. This is also relevant because your original X5 is the Evo version and you now have the Pro version (Pro didn't exist back then!). What do other forum members think?

thank you krystle
These days that sort of video is best hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and a link to this is put on one of the pages of the site. I am sure that there will be users who can help you convert the files (My versions installed start at about v13) but if you put up the URL of your site here, we can check it out and make some recommendations as to what will still work and what will need changing when you update.

Yes,of course no problem...its darwinsilver.org which is best viewed 4 now on a desktop unforntunately...thank you so what about if I tried something like copying the pages from old program and just pasting them in to the new software it really couldnt hurt anything right?
Good afternoon
Yes, you can definitely try that. Additionally, the Staff is always there to convert a project if you need it, but I must say that I also advise against it
A conversion might be possible saving content such as text, but coming from such an old version you'll probably experience loss of other content such as images, videos and audios too. Also, it takes so time to adjust the old template to the new system
I greatly advise using one of the premade and included templates in the newest version to jumpstart the project by a lot
Please review all that I said here and let me know what you think
Thank you
Stefano
Hello Krystle,
I've temporarily obscured your last message as the attachment contains confidential server information; but rest assured that the Incomedia staff and Moderators can still view it.
Kind regards,

Good afternoon Krystle
We're currently offering a wide variety of different templates. Are you sure that none of them suits your taste? keep in mind that you can customize premade templates in every aspect, so you're not locked with a specific style
Also, should you wish to convert the project, I could still do it for you
Keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano
