Multi Property Rentals like Airbnb

Has anyone used X5 to do multiple property rentals, short and Longterm, like Airbnb. Rental and collection of fees on line, or is it not within X5 's scope?
I think that it may not be within X5's capability.

Hello.I would not use WebSite X5 for such purposes.
You could take a look at the free LuxCal calendar. It has a booking feature. You can have a cottage as a category, and then you can make bookings. You can have sub-catagories ( pre-booked, confirmed booked, owner booked ).
You could use the X5 for the payment.
The calendar has different views - the matrix view is ideal for cottage booking.
