Where is the Responsive Page Layout Change Warning in V19?

I change my website pages frequently but I don't see the responsive layout change warning in V19 that the older versions used to display at the bottom of the software. Where has it gone as I need this to keep tabs on my layout changes?

Hello everyone

I can confirm that this specific line doesn't seem to be appearing any longer inside the software and I proceeded to notify the developers about it in order to get further insight on this
