As the error message indicates the problem may only be a temporary one due to network issues.
However, if it persists then you should try:
Temporarily disabling anti-virus and firewall protection;
Rebooting your computer and modem/router;
Downloading from https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/community/users/downloads
