You can use the standard image object and replace with another image on mouseover eg https://www.quayssanremo.com.au/ (first image on page)

Or you can add text as an overlay eghttps://www.supadiverta.com.au/ (hover over images of tanks)

What do you require??

I don't talk about mouseover but a layer over an image, where I can repeat the image as an tile image.

In image example above, an image consisting of a black and a transparent pixel is repeated over the entire background image.

(It > En) ... put an image as a background of the cell, and another image in the cell with Image Object ...
