Problem updating from v17.0.8 to 2019.2.7Author: John H.
I purchased X5 Evolution (1 user, 2pcs) in February to run on my desktop pc and have recently added it onto my laptop. Due to setup problems with the laptop I decided to uninstall and reinstall . My original installation file was v17.0.8. but my desktop is now running v2019.2.7.
Although the copy of v17.0.8 installed on my laptop advises me that an update is available, when I try to run the update installation I get a message that "It was not possible to download the files from the Incomedia server".
Is this becuse the server thinks I am trying to install on a third pc? I had no problems when I entered the regustration code.
