Hello Andrzej,
I've moved your question into its own thread as Incomedia might wish to turn the other one private so that they can share confidential account details with the OP.
As far as I am aware the Credit Pack Codes will only work with accounts tied to the same email address as that used when purchasing the codes themselves.
But as this is a matter for Incomedia rather than the moderators it would be best to wait for an official reply. I've alerted the support team to this thread.

Hi Andrzej,
in order to be able to use Credits, the code will need to be registered on the same account where the program licence is. Are you having issues with the Credits registration?
