It is a little dissappointing if I can do nothing for now, I don't know when I can do something. Five times I tried to open, five times collapsed. What compensation for inaction do you propose?

Could you please clarify what occurred? Did WebSite X5 crash, and if so did you have the option to send a crash report?

All day I tried to open a programm with template and messege could not import template. Only now did it happen...
Deutsche Telekom customers have been aware of problems with downloading templates and updates for a long time, see also this post from Incomedia

I always advise customers with download problems to try it the next day, because it usually works.
