Too Much Object Cell Height.  en

Am I missing something in V9, I am entering HTML text into an HTML object and the height displayed in preview for the object cell is far larger than it needs to be. Using the Text object and using the '<hr>' tag to create a horizontal line is also exhibiting the same problem.

The data being displayed, in each case, is only 1 or 3 lines in height. The preview display will permit the entry of at least 10 lines. I have exported the file and used IE to display the details and this has the same problem. The expected response, like in V8, is to adjust the cell height to fit the text in.

I am running W7 64bit and using Evolution 9.0.6.1775.

. . . but you remember that v9 is using HTML 5 - so codes may be different . . .

Wink

Look at the bottom right of the HTML Object and adjust the height to suit your "RULER" <hr> to approx. 25 pixels this is the same with anything you insert into a HTML Box "ALWAYS" adjust the "HEIGHT" to suit!!
