Can you add filters for the products in the shopping cart so they can be sorted based on properties(material, color, etc.)?

I will set this as IDEA post, but i can tell you that in the Beta program they have filters, not on all options, but it looks goood and Professional. And it is a start Check out the Beta and contribute there to make the filters even better if needed.
