Upgrade Problem

I go to the store to buy version 9. I am currently on the last version of 8. When I try to login using my uername and password it rejects saying they are not the ones they have. I can login to here with them. Why am I having a problem?

Managed to sort. My password was incorrect. Managed to resolve and order the upgrade
