PORTAL made with WSX5?

I have an idea to make a specialized PORTAL - which would have (in time) a total of 500-600 subscribers.
The subscribers could only make comments and like/share posts.
It would have - (maybe) 10-12 new posts/articles weekly... so it won't be very "busy" in content posting-sense...
It will be edited and updated via WSX5 by my company.
Is this doable with WSX5?
And, if it is - what would be the most practical way for posting advertising messages (banners)?
Thx in advance for any suggestion!

Hello. Please specify what you mean by "subscribers"? Paid Content Subscription? Or will it be just registered users?

Thank you for reacting!
The idea is to have paid memberships.
The process of payment for the membership will not be incorporated in the "portal" - it will be independent of the "portal" content - so the actual payment process it is not relevant for the portal design.
I see a problem in tracking your subscription terms. This will need to be done manually. For dozens of users, this is very inconvenient.

You have a good point - but tracking subscriptions would be done by an external database - with automatic notification on a subscription cessation.
Yeah, of course, adding /removing subscribers will be done manually. But as a daily workload it won't be a big problem.
Hello Sinisa
Since the one you mentioned seemed to be the most complex part, I'd say the rest seems doable. Of course it might also depend on whatever quirk the service will include but from your description, it seems feasible
Please do let me know if you have any further doubt
Thank you

Thank you for your comment!
We have decided to make a DEMO portal using the blog features.
I'll report here if we are going to be successful (or not) in doing so.

On that note - the advertising system of WSX5 could need a "face-lift".
