Project Conversion Issue "Path not of a legal form" error

I am trying to import projects created in Website x5 12 into the new website x5 pro. The project imports but when trying to convert to new version an error won't allow the project to load and convert.
The error says: An error occured while loading the Project (The path is not of a legal form)
I don't know how to fix this Please advise Thank you

Hello. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
P.S. Try placing the project, for example, in folder "1" in the root of drive D.Also try changing the project save folder to "2" in the root of drive D.
Heather, please check that the v12 iwzip can be imported back into v12 (this will NOT overwrite your existing project).
If it can there may be an issue with the iwzip? You can check this by renaming the iwzip as zip and then extracting all content. Once extracted you can zip it up again (I use 7zip) and then rename the new zip file to iwzip and try the import again.
