Licensed purchased template not available

I purchased a template but it is not showing in the Licensed section. I have updated, rebotted but nothing. When I find the template in the marketplace, it tells me it has been purchased but its not in my software.
I started out by purchasing the Start 14 version, then uninstalled it and bought the Evo version, which is what the template works on. Could it be that the program is still reading it as if it cannot be used? In that case its strange that the purchase went through.
Can you help please as I need to work urgently on this template with a deadline.

Here is the screenshot showing nothing under Licensed category in step 2.
This template is free so you can acces it through the filter health and wellness instead of licensed.
After that double click the template in the left view to use it.
you bought it already i see, i set the picture to help other users as well.

Actually my screen shot was misleading. In truth the template I referred to was a purchaseable one for 12 credits called Bill Marsh Consultancy. However I have just managed to solve the problem by reinstalling the software to the latest versindownload the latest software. So problem sorted, thank you for your response.
