Hello.

  1. Disable your antivirus and firewall temporarily.
  2. Make sure that no other programs are using the Internet connection during export.
  3. Don't use VPN.
  4. Try connecting your computer to the internet directly instead of through a router.

Hi Thank you very much for your interest. I did what you said but it didn't work. I get the same error again. I have been dealing with it for 3 days.

özay, you are only using (a very old) demo version according to the information I have. I suspect what you want to do is not supported.

There is a free version which may achieve what you wish, but I highly recommend either the full Evolution Version or the Professional Version both currently offered with a significant discount.

Hi thank you but I am not using a demo product anyway. We use a paid product that we pay for.

Ayyıldız, since your profile still indicates you only have V12 demo I will assume you have the current pro version.

I recommend you go to step 5, export website to disk to verify the pdf files are not corrupt. If that works then I suggest using the file browser to locate the pdf's already up on your hosting (step 5 Upload website to internet) and delete them if possible (if found to be write protected that may be the issue).

Since you imply the rest of your website uploads correctly it is also possible you may have exceeded your space quota in your hosting.

I can mark this thread for Incomedia's attention if you wish. The details in your profile are incorrect and not reporting the version you say you own, unless this is rectified it is very difficult for us to assist you and you may not get advise from Incomedia regarding offers, etc.
