Colour problem on mobile website

On the responsive website we have created we have noticed that when you go onto the mobile site on your smartphone all the colours are different to the main pc site, how can we rectify this please.

Stephen, can you post a link to your site please?
It has possible something to do with different settings for different viewports.
Maybe you should check the color settings for header and footer for all viewports.
It is here you could check 2 - template settings
I would guess that the problem is the viewport settings.
