My X5 suddenly needs activation again?

I just went to start Website X5 Evolution 12...the activation screen came up. I have been using this for months with no issues. What has happened?

Wayne, a shot in the dark (Peter Sellers, 1964) and you're probably not, but are you on a different user profile than the one X5 was installed? If not, that's a good question.

Probably the registration file has been cancelled by the antivirus or it could not been found by the program but you can proceed to unlock the program with the key since it will not count as new activation since it's the same computer.
If it should happen again please check if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5 v12 - Evolution and if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder.
If this folder exists and the file is there, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.
