Failure to change email addresses in Profile

Sorry if I am approaching you in the wrong way, but I can not find a customer services address.
My problem is that I have just purchased some credit from your marketplace, but when I attempt to activate it in X5 it is using the old email address (which I am unable to change to the new one I set up in my profile, (***) some time ago.
So I am unable to benefit from the new objects.
I can only assume that the failure is within your system somewhere as I am not able to change this email address to my new one.

Have you checked if you can change this here? Top right next to your name pulldown -> change user profile. (can take a while)

Thank you for getting in touch.
You simply need to reinstall the software and activate it using the new e-mail address. This won't affect your projects, as they are stored on a different path, but if you want to you can first export them on Step 5 using the "Export the project" option, so to create a backup file.
