Hi guys,

Would you be kind and test the payment on my website. https://www.anyudemycourse.com/ It worked previously. Now, after the payment information is entered, the PayPal popup window is not opening. I have no idea why. I haven't change anything in the setting and everything is set up correctly. I also started to receive this message in my Email. Please check it below. What's going on?

Hello Oleksiy,

Check into WSX5 into export part if your URL is correct. In you case should be  https://www.anyudemycourse.com

Which PHP version ?

try with PHP 7.4.x

And also check your admin page:  https://www.anyudemycourse.com/admin into the "website tests" seicton, if everything is "passed". And also at the bottom of admin page you have an email log windows to see all errors messages and understand.

And normally the error   550 5.7.1 [BFD] Sender prohibited by SPF is a bad/missed  DNS configuration. Check with the provider if they have done some changes.

Enjoy!
Axel

Axel I checked.

1. I have the same URL inside the export field, no problem there.

2. Everything is marked as Passed inside Admin. My PHP 7.4., so again no problem there.

3.  How do I check the DNS configuration, should I contact hosting provider ?

Hello Oleksiy

I've tested your website and I can confirm that the PayPal payment works just fine:

As you can see, I get to the payment page here and I only need to proceed.

About the email instead, the issue seems generated by some issue with either the email or the emailing server. The software has nothing to do with it:

550 5.7.1 [BFD] Sender prohibited by SPF

It seems like your hosting is blocking the email for some reason. Please try and get in touch with them directly. They should be able to provide more information on this

Thank you

Stefano

Hi Stefano,

Yes, I know because I uploaded the old site made with WebSite X5 Pro 2020.3.7 version to the new hosting provider to test. The email form still doesn't work. I have no idea why. I am pretty sure that there is a problem when the new version of the WebSite X5 is released and the software converts it to the new environment. Still have a lot of questions, why this is happening. If this thing continues like now, I don't think that I will extend my software license in the future. It just doesn't have any sense to do so.

Always this error ?

550 5.7.1 [BFD] Sender prohibited by SPF

Did you have asked to your provider why ? This error cannot be generated by WSX5...

Does email used into your configuration exists to your provider / domain. ?

Do you used en email with same domain name of your website. ?

If the previous version does not works anymore, we can think that this error is from the provider... They have made some changes into their infrastructure maybe to be more secure.

Hello Oleksiy,

Try to desactivate these PHP parameters.

PHP Warning et PHP errors, display errors

If you have no hand on theses, ask to your provider to set them to off

Enjoy!
AXel
