There are other "these messages can help you" but they didn't. Now I can't access anything WebsiteX5 offers when I open the program.
The complete listing on how to fix the problem is really technical and confusing. After trying this "fix" still nothing worked. (I did try to use one of the Dupilcate/Backup pages that are made when the new updates are installed, still no go.) At that time I couldn't and still can't enter text into a Text Object.
I am afraid I have to revert to an earlier version and redo my entire site. I have no choice! I am looking at several days worth of work and my online store is in trouble of not working.
Is there a patch, can someone make a fakeFont.ttf, how will I receive an update if the program can't connect? Tough questions here.

I guess no one know what to do. I still can't get though to activate my subsription through the internet. I have reset the modem and tried everything on my end. What is going on?
It is not clear from your first post what difficulties you have. That's probably why no one (including me) replied. With your second post it is now clearer. There were and are problems with the automatic activation of the software. only an administrator can help. I forwarded the post to the Incomedia team.
I found that even though the original post was rushed, it still made the point of not being able to get past the issues that are being encountered. So here it is again:

So, when I enter (used to enter) my project after the error, I went to a Page to edit. Since I have several Text Objects on each page, I couldn't get a cursor in the text area. I went back to the Template and played around with different fonts. Saved my work, exited out, came back to the same error, tried again with the same results. Then I tried to see if an older verions was able to not have the fakeFont error and let me get on with my work.
(As it states in the original post, I did locate the "fakeFont" entry in the HTML on each page...if you are interested it is in the CSS part line 354. At least you know where to look for the entry.)

How can I access or get an update to X5 Pro without being able to connect? JPG included. I was installing X5 Pro 2021.3.3. It doesn't seem to allow any type of connection.
Try to uninstall WebsiteX5. Then go to the folder "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Professional" in Windows Explorer and delete all folders there. If there is none, then under C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Professional. Then download the installation file in your profile at the top right of this page under Download and install this version - i.e. do not update from within the running program.
OK, will try. Anything on the fakeFont?

Here is the picture of the no text in the Text Object for the page. I inset the Preview into where we actually put text. I don't get a cursor at that point.
I installed verion 2021.5.3 (actually finally unlocked the program). Once I was inside, it couldn't connect to you with all the special offers. I opened the Opened Project and imported an older version of my site project. Same thing has happened to the older previous project as the newest project. I can work on it from another system but I would rather use my 'big' system to do the real work.
I don't know if this is because of the 'fakeFont' problem or not. Could a virus be causing these problems or better yet could a virus cause something like this?
