After reading all that is available in the Blogs and here on the Community, I still have questions.

I already have a Domain Name and a Database.  Can I transfer the domain over from the other place?  Can I build and access my own Database?  Or does Incomedia have exclusive control over these functions.  Oh, I almost forgot,

I cannot allow my Domain Name to become something other than my current address due to the fact that I have owned this since 2006.  I would have to complete change all my business information to the new address.

Any other information would be helpful.

Hello.

"Can I transfer the domain over from the other place?" - yes.

"Can I build and access my own Database?" - You will be able to use the database on the new hosting. I don’t know about accessing the database directly. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.

"I cannot allow my Domain Name to become something other than my current address due to the fact that I have owned this since 2006. I would have to complete change all my business information to the new address." - Your domain name can be transferred and it will not change.

Thank you for the information.  Will there be a Guide as to how such things can be accomplished?

Just a comment - you will have to pay for the new hosting by time. Have you compared prices and PROs and CONs for different hosting solutions?

Language, service, processors and other things can be important factors.

Have you checked other users experiences in the past, for the new "hoster"?

Does Incomedia offer Domains?  Those other companies in Europe that have domains, do they take americans?

At the moment INCOMEDIA does not ofer domains.

At companies that offers domains, you can order form anywhere - I think.

I have been having problems trying to access the myPHP Manager.  I cannot view the pre-generated password to access my account on the manager.  It won't allow a change of password either because I don't know the old one.

I tried to do a redirect but I guess I didn't wait for the whole 24-48 hours.

I will let you know later (private post?) what is happening.

Hi Jay!

I kindly ask you to open a new post for this issue, so we don't handle too many different questions here, which may generate a bit of confusion.

Thanks! Kind regards.
