New License key?  en

I just purchased a license for 2022.1.2 EVO and uploaded my website to the offered server. Now my export function is telling me that I need to connect to a second level domain? I don't see that option on the Website X5 website. I have a Dynamic DNS host name that I could use, I think? Does anyone know what I am talking about? I don't see my new license on my list of active licenses and I tried to insert my license key in the block and activate it but it wouldn't activate. Do I need to wait until the site admins finally list my license someday?

Terrance, at this time you do not appear to have registered your new EVO version in your profile. Assuming you have used the same email address for your purchase you can go to your profile (top right, this page) and add the new license number under license keys.

Terrance, I have notified Incomedia so thay can assist with your credentials (although if it was me I would probably simply log in to the helpcenter with the new credentials).

I am sure they will get to you shortly.

I did as you suggested and you are right, EVO is activated under the other email address. I can see it and manage everything. Maybe Incomedia can figure out a way to merge the two together somehow. Thank you.

Hi Terrence,

your licence key for version 2022.1 is now registered on this account together with version 13.

Thanks! Kind regards.
