Because of the incompatability between Incomedia Website X5 hosting and using MS Office 365 email settings, I've had to bite the bullet and return my hosting to One.com
Could anyone please tell me how to remove/deactivate/delete my websiteX5 hosting? and delete the associated files and databases.#

Hi David,
you can simply access the server to delete the files which are currently online from the software Destination Folder window, as well as let the service expire in October next year.

David, as it appears you were previously able to access https://david-smith2.websitex5.me/ through WX5, either reinstate those parameters or create a new project and set those parameters. You can then use the WX5 browser to remove files from your hosting.
Personally I would leave your pseudo domain in place until the subscription expires, it makes a great place to test out new or radical changes to your website.
