Hi. I cannot connect/upload project to the website x5 host anymore.

The error says "The /public_html export folder is missing from the server." with no error code.

Any help would be appreciated or a way of getting hold of Technical staff at Incomedia Websitex5.

Please and Thank you!

Hello. Do you use hosting from Incomedia? If not, then you can contact the technical support of your hosting and find out the name of the folder into which the site should be uploaded.

Hi thanks for the quick response. yes i use the incomedia hosting that came with website x5 Pro. I use this server for testing before uploading to proper domains.

I tried to get hold of tech support for incomedia/website x5 and could not find a way to get hold of them.  but once i posted this question it said they would answer it from here.

thanks again!

Hello D.C.

After checking the hosting space I believe that the folder was involuntarily deleted , thus creating this issue

In order to get the issue solved, I requested a reset of your hosting space so that all correct folders are restored.

Please keep in mind that you must always upload all files into the public_html only and never modify the folder structure outside of that

I remain available here

Stefano
