Maybe give information about the PC and the Windows version so that the experts can get an idea of the situation.

Actually, a normal Windows should have all the required components installed.

I haven't had to install any C++, NET Framework or anything else with WebSite X5.

The error message can be found several times on Google when you search for vcRuntimeMinimum_amd64. I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information, as I have not had this problem and have not had to fix it.

One of the solutions in the youtube video recommends deleting all versions of Microsoft Visual C++. Then make a backup of the registry and delete some entries in the registry. Then reinstall the current version of Microsoft Visual C++.

Have you already searched for the term vcRuntimeMinimum_amd or the file vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi in the directory C:\ProgramData\Package Cache? If anything is found there, try using that path.
