Unable to connect to db  en

Customers get the error message "Unable to connect to DB" when trying to buy something.

Nothing has changed...  I can see the correct path on the server, but the DB should have size and it has none...

Any ideas? Thank you

Adrian

if nothing has changed...
it happened to me with a customer that the DB was not being renewed at the same time as the domain and that the customer had forgotten to renew it...
maybe this is your case...

ummm are you sure ?
that the DB can be viewed via filezilla (FTP), I've never heard... I really don't know that you can see it in  that way.
the DB is in a separate area... visible/editable/manageable via PHPMYADMIN
anyway, wait for other users...
bye !

No, the DB itself cannot be viewed, but the path is there and the server reports the db name as being present.

Anyway I did resolve the issue. Thank you for responding!
