The confirmation email comes from the address to which the program is registered

I have created several websites using website x5. With one of them, I have a problem when sending an email about the delivery of a message. the email goes from the address to which the X5 website is registered instead of the address that the owner of that website has. It only happens on one site the others work fine and everything is set the same on all the others.

Normally the email address should be a domain email address, e.g.
-----
Website domain = mydomain.com
Domain email address = contact(at)mydomain.de
-----
Replace the (at) with the @ sign.
If necessary, forward the domain email address from the web hosting provider to another email address (e.g. Gmail).

I didn't understand your advice at all. It doesn't matter what address I set. if I enter an email address that is the same as the domain, the sender's email is still the email address under which I have registered the program. the same thing happens even if there is an email entered that does not match the domain
Maybe I misunderstood the question.
With WebsiteX5, the email address is specified under "5 Export > Export the website to the Internet" in the parameters in the "Email" tab. And here a domain email address is recommended.
Otherwise wait for the moderators, maybe they will understand the question better.
