Hello. You're right. I have the same situation. I was able to solve it the way you did. But then the situation repeated itself again.

I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.

Hello Nicole

This issue is actually different from the situation experienced by Aleksej specifically

The first warning you get in yellow is correct. It doesn't mean that you can't export, it just mentions that you're using the automatic domain assigned by our system and not a proper one. However, the export and website will work just fine anyway. It's just a reminder to link an actual domain to your hosting space before going live.

The second issue probably happens because by swapping the option back and forth, eventually the software's test fails and reports that message incorrectly.

If you normally encounter the first situation instead, you can freely upload your website online with no issues by clicking on "Start" in the top right corner

Stefano, I dont have an actual domain to list. I am using the one provided.  So i dont know why i am getting that message. Is it because I activated both user names?

Hello Nicole

As I explained, the warning doesn't mean that you can't export, it just mentions that you're using the automatic domain assigned by our system and not a proper one. You currently have the default one assigned by us: nicole-b.websitex5.me

but once you go online you would need to purchase one that looks more like www.nameofyourwebsite.com or similar

You can freely upload your website without issues at the moment

Thanks Stefano, but why would i need to purchase a domain when I am using the free one for the year?  Why does the error go away?

Hello Nicole

As I mentioned before, this is not an error. This is just a warning that tells you this kind of domain is not suitable for a live website, just for testing, which is the reason why we're providing such a free domain together with the license. This way, until you pick a suitable real domain for your website, you can start testing the website online right away.

Again, this is not an error, you can upload your website anyway. The software is not going to stop you from doing this and if you want, you can also keep it live with the automatic domain we've provided. You have no real obligation to purchase a different, second-level domain if you do not want to

What Stefano can't say so clearly - the warning displayed is the gentle psychological pressure to persuade WebSiteX5 users to buy a domain, but the free subdomain can also be used as long as the license is renewed annually.
