I have already changed the PhP version to 8.0 and also disable the PHP display errors-off. Still no OK
Have you tried to desactivate via .htaccess file on the website root director?
also adds PHP warning message to be off

Nothing changed before the generic error appear. Not on website x5 or by the provider.
Hello Leo
I can see that the e-commerce is failing because your hosting is reporting this error:
This indicates that a Composer dependency is not working properly, but Composer is not part of WebSite X5, so it's likely the hosting itself is using it
Can you please forward this screenshot to your hosting provider so they can check the error for you?
Thank you
Stefano

Hi Stefanao,
That is strange, because https://www.bezorgkoffers.nl and https://watchonline.nl are also included in the same reseller account and both are working correct. We cant't find enything about composer in the reseller account., If you want that you have to make it first. Here a screenshot of the phpMyAdmin.

The hosting provider says Composer not in use.
They answer also:
Dear Leo, In thet .htaccess of the website there is a code which a lower PHP version force:
<FilesMatch "\.(php4|php5|php3|php2|php|phtml)$">
SetHandler application/x-lsphp71
</FilesMatch>
domains/catchthetime.nl/public_html -> .htaccess
You must take this off, at this moment it force PHP 7.1.
With kind regards,
Fabien

So I take it off, but i don't see the website at all as i do this. I see website X5 made the notice by uploading the website:

Hello Leo
This code:
Is most likely the culprit, but this code was not made by WebSite X5. You can see that this was added after the code was written by WebSite X5, which means that it was either added manually or by the hosting.
Remove those 3 lines and ignore any warning WebSite X5 may give you next upload. It should work then
Keep me posted here
Thank you
